At Bullion Diamonds, we are committed to your satisfaction and stand behind the craftsmanship of every piece. Please review our refund policy carefully to ensure a smooth return process.
Refund Processing Timeline
Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), approved refunds are processed within 24–48 hours. If your return requires detailed inspection (such as custom designs or gemstone assessments), please allow up to 10 business days.
Please note: Once processed, refunds typically reflect in your bank or credit statement within 5–7 business days, depending on your financial institution.
Refund Methods
Default Method – Store Credit
As part of our 30-day satisfaction guarantee, refunds are generally issued as full store credit. This credit is applied once the returned item is approved and must include:
Original packaging
All accessories
Any complimentary gifts received with the order
Alternative Method – Original Payment
If you prefer a refund to your original payment method, please contact our team upon initiating the return.
Please note:
A 25% restocking fee applies for returns not due to verified manufacturing defects.
This also applies if items are missing tags, parts, or original packaging.
Non-Refundable Items
The following products are considered final sale and not eligible for return or refund:
Custom-designed jewelry
Personalized items (engraved, photo-based, or named)
Made-to-order jewelry
Solid gold and platinum pieces
CVD and HPHT lab-grown diamonds, and natural diamonds
Beauty items (e.g., candles, masks, accessories)
Exception:
If your order arrives incorrect, defective, or incomplete due to an error on our part, we’ll either:
Send the correct item immediately, or
Issue a full refund (original method or store credit).
Inspection may be required before processing.
Restocking Fee for Custom or Made-to-Order Jewelry
In rare cases where a return is approved for custom or made-to-order pieces, a non-refundable 35% restocking fee will apply. This covers design, production, and handling costs — as these items are unique and cannot be resold.
Return Conditions & RequirementsRMA Required
Returns must be authorized in advance with an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.
Returns without an RMA and purchaser name will not be accepted and may be discarded.
Photo/Video Approval
Please provide clear photo(s) or a short video of the item before return. If it meets return criteria, we will issue an RMA#.
Shipping Fees
Shipping charges are non-refundable. We only provide a prepaid return label if the return is due to:
Manufacturing defects
Our fulfillment error
Item Condition
Items must be returned untouched, unworn, and unaltered
Jewelry with signs of wear, fading, or modification is not eligible
Silver jewelry with faded plating can be returned within 30 days for replacement (shipping at buyer’s cost)
Return Address
For all returns, please request the approved return address from our team..
Do not use the shipping label address from your original package.
