Ready-to-Ship Items (Fastest Option)

Orders from our “Ready to Ship” collection placed before 12 PM (EST) are typically dispatched within 48 hours, excluding weekends and public holidays. These items are pre-crafted and available for immediate delivery — perfect for last-minute gifting or urgent occasions.


Handcrafted & Made-to-Order Items

Our Designer Collection and custom jewelry are handcrafted to order, with production times ranging from 3–20 business days, depending on design complexity.

Custom work includes:

CAD design

Wax modeling

Mold creation

Custom-cut gems
Tracking details will be emailed once your item ships. Most rings and earrings ship on schedule, but delays are possible during peak seasons.

We’ll prioritize your order and fast-track both production and shipping whenever possible.

Please Note: Total delivery time includes production + shipping. Shipping time starts after your piece is ready.


Size or Stone Type Changes

In-stock rings are typically crafted in US size 6 with standard lab diamonds.
If resizing or stone customization is needed, please allow an additional 3–20 business days.


Holiday Season & Courier Delays

Orders placed during major holidays may take longer to produce and ship.
We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers (DHL, FedEx, UPS, USPS), but we’ll do our best to assist with tracking and resolution.

Delays due to weather, customs, or peak shipping seasons may occur.


Tracking & Delays

  • A tracking number will be sent via email when your item ships.

  • If your tracking hasn’t updated in a few days, this may be due to carrier backlog. Please allow 2–7 days during high-volume periods.

International Orders & Customs Duties

Yes, we ship internationally. However, import taxes and duties vary by country.
Buyers are responsible for any applicable fees imposed by customs. Check your local policies before placing an order.


Lost Packages

If tracking shows “delivered” but you haven't received your order:

  • Contact the courier (USPS, DHL, etc.) immediately

  • Ask where and to whom it was delivered

If the package is confirmed lost:

  • File a claim with the courier

  • Email us with the tracking number and your police report (if required)

We’ll assist in resolving the issue, but claims without proof cannot be processed.
